Love. Lovers. BESTGIRL is a project, born from the hearts and minds of two lovers. Thom and Vee. Thom is a young gardener for the New York City Garden, and Vee is a practicing psychologist. The couple met each other while both working at The Vans Store located inside the Kings Plaza Mall. They have always loved playing music together while at home, and BESTGIRL is a celebration of all those years of love and music.

The music that they write together is loud and shoegazey. With Vee’s heartfelt vocalizations, and Thom’s super washed out and dreamy guitar tones, the Bestgirl crew covers a lot of ground in their songs. The lyrics cover topics that include anime, The Legend of Zelda, other video games, and the drama that can transpire between two lovers.

Bestgirl has released two singles to massive critical acclaim, with their hit single Control Devil being a fan favorite. With Jake on Bass, and Ryan on drums, the band is a real treat to see live.
