Drew Stier was born and raised in Southern California. Upon moving to NYC for college, Drew was exposed to the evolving hyperpop movement. From a young age, he played guitar and wrote music, but he grew an insatiable desire to create beats of the night like his heroes down in the LES clubs. Drew assembled a contingent of sound enthusiasts: Sam Darwish and Bad Boy Griff. Together they vowed to create sick, sick beats. After experimenting in Ableton with the lads, Drew met Rego Park’s Minister of Synth… Taj.
Taj agreed to help Drew carry out his musical goals in the live setting. Together with Jesse on drums, the group has been on a generational run of bringing this Rock and Roll / hyperpop fusion project to the masses. The band is currently playing shows in support of their recent, I’m So Shallow When I Think Of Death EP.
